Harmonization of tri-agency policy on the use of funds for federal government employees applying to granting agency programs

NSERC, CIHR and SSHRC have harmonized their policy to align more clearly with the Treasury Board Policy on Transfer Payments regarding the eligibility and funding of research projects or programs submitted by applicants employed by the federal government.

As of December 6, 2021, NSERC has consolidated its telephone numbers under its toll-free telephone number (1-855-275-2861), which serves as the new single point of entry for contacting all NSERC's programs. Please update your contact information as other dedicated program numbers are no longer in use.

The Science Exposed research image contest is now accepting submissions

NSERC has recently launched the Science Exposed 2022 edition. The research image contest challenges researchers to combine creativity and science for a chance to win prizes. Submit your research image to the Science Exposed contest before January 24 for a chance to win!
